From break-even to a thriving farm-to-fork business.
Floreer sells local, organic produce in the Garden Route — relationship-driven commerce on associative-economics principles. The off-the-shelf shop platforms wouldn't bend to their workflow. We built one that did.
The challenge
A values-driven retailer trying to scale ethical, multi-supplier commerce on a platform built for one-size-fits-all e-commerce. Margins thin, admin heavy, growth blocked.
What we built
A custom online shop with bespoke checkout flows, multi-supplier logic, associative-economics support, and reporting that actually fits the way they run the business.
The transformation
Profitability stabilised. Growth unlocked. Multi-shop scaling now on the roadmap — without re-platforming.

From paper systems to SAQA-recognised, in one build.
The Institute of Customs & Freight Forwarding (members.icff.co.za) was running on paper, spreadsheets, and goodwill. They needed a real ERP — not a CMS with member-y bits bolted on. We built it.
The challenge
Old paper systems, a handful of members, and a regulatory environment that demanded structure: designations, CPD tracking, application workflows, tiered membership.
What we built
A full ERP for member management — designations, CPD, events, knowledge base, tiered membership, application flows. AI automation. 24/7 support.
The transformation
Membership grew. Admin shrank. SAQA recognition followed — proof of compliance and credibility, not just software.

Your secret weapon.
One of our clients recently said: "Our business changed the day you walked through our doors." That's the kind of feedback that quietly makes the year. We end up becoming our clients' secret weapon — not because of the deliverables, but because we bring a rare combination of skills, perspective, and care that goes well beyond them.
More on the launchpad.
